Very friendly and helpful staff. Dogs accepted but we were not warned of the 15 euro fee before arrival. Breakfast was ok, 12 euros per person. Plenty of parking available. Decent shower and bed. Room was ridiculously hot and no AC. We had to sleep with the window open and construction work commenced at 0700. Great Asian restaurant next door

I've stayed here several times, for over a week on each visit. It's a great find, in the suburbs with a lot to do in the immediate area and in a nice neighborhood. Both times I was in Munich on business at a trade show, but the second time I stayed after that and had several family members join me. We all stayed at the Wasserburg for another 4 days and everyone loved it. The rooms are simple but very comfortable, and the deep, oversized bathtubs are a welcome touch. Very friendly people, a nice breakfast every morning, and extremely reasonable rates-- it checks all the boxes!

Good price performance ratio, clean, good location, parking available, friendly staff and flexible in terms of check-in and checkout, refrigerator in room. One small table fan was provided/available in room, was not sufficient in room on the top floor facing south in peak summer days.

Clean room good location. nice breakfirst however, the shower and tap in the bathroom hardly worked. Having a shower in the morning was a challenge. Upon mentioning it to the lady at the reception I got a shrug and 'yes we know'....

Lovely Anna greeted us and helped us during all our stay. The hotel situated 10 seconds from the bus stop which will take you to the underground station in 10 minutes. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of treats to choose. Croissants and buns were excellent

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
