        Excellent location. Clean rooms every day with 2 bottles of water. Chocolate in the bed to welcome you. Everything was great. Public transport is free in Interlaken if you are staying in hotel, hostels or airbnb. Everything 👍 great.

        Our experience at the hotel was not very good. The hotel room was fine but their service was extremely poor.There was water logging in wash basin for which there wasn't any staff for repair. The reception staff at night service was very very rude. He was arrogant. When we complalined of washroom problem he said he cannot provide anyone! The breakfast variety was average. The only thing which was good was provision of microwave to cook Maggi/ pasta for kids. Overall not a nice experience! You should definitely try some other option.

        Excellent location. Clean rooms every day with 2 bottles of water. Chocolate in the bed to welcome you. Everything was great. Public transport is free in Interlaken if you are staying in hotel, hostels or airbnb. Everything 👍 great.

        The worst thing about this hotel is the staff at reception who are not warm, wants to argue and don’t want to look at guest if you have question. There is a guy who sits in the morning shifts is specifically very rude and thinks he owns the hotel, he needs training for his job or he should find something else which fits his big ego and rude behaviour . More issues to describe - No hot water in bathroom, drainage issue , dirty and unhygienic rooms, you would see in description they mention air condition so don’t get surprised if you don’t see in the room. Same breakfast everyday so expect that you will get bored and is low quality food. Overall I feel that I am wasting time to write review about the hotel. I wasted money for 3 nights and if you are reading please don’t waste money and waste time booking this ugly place and find a better hotel. This hotel pictures and in reality is completely different. Don't get scammed

        We stayed here for 4 nights from 18/9/23 to 21/9/23. I was in Interlaken on 17/9/23 to board golden pass express & thought let's see the place where I was going to spend my next 4 days. When i reached the reception the lady was not at all welcoming even after me explaining her that I am going to stay here from tomorrow. I ignored it thinking as today isn't my booking then I should not expect a good treatment from them. The only thing I loved about this hotel was it's room which was given to us. Our room was spacious and clean so it was the best part about the hotel. Apart from that the staff of hotel should be trained to make the guest feel welcomed. Especially the staff in restaurant. They give such a look at the customers that people feel uncomfortable & unwelcome. There was a guy in morning breakfast who asked the room numbers to customers without any smile as if they were some outsiders who have come to steal food. He was absolutely not at all helpful & hardly answered to anyone's concerns. I remember clearly someone (probably a koren guest who didn't know English) took a spoon from the other side of the restaurant instead of the place from where it was supposed to be taken & that waiter became angry & treated the guest like he was some sort of animal. He even gestured that person to walk away as if he was some kind of begger. It is highly recommended to the management of this hotel to "TRAIN YOUR STAFF!"
