We had a delightful stay. The room was well appointed, overlooking the prom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was ideally situated for the prom and the town. We were pleased that the hotel was able to arrange three days of glorious sunshine for us. We hope to be returning soon.

My husband and I booked Hotel West End for our honeymoon in October and it was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff was amazing!! Everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They even provided us with champagne and macarons, which we were able to enjoy on our patio overlooking the sea and the city. The location is fantastic - very convenient. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon!

I did not stay at this hotel on my short visit to Nice. My friend and I visited the bar for happy hour from 6:00-8:00 pm. There was no music as expected, but we were told it's only a summer feature. We visited in September. However, we were welcomed in the pleasant bar and had our cocktails, which were good value for money and a very generous amount. I had the champagne cocktail and requested not too much elder flower wine in it, because I did not want it sweet. The result was perfect. The service was excellent from a very friendly and helpful person. I am tempted to stay at this hotel on a future trip to Nice as it's situated on the Promenade des Anglais, with restaurants nearby if I want to eat out. Obviously I cannot comment on the rooms etc. From the short experience described above I would recommend Hotel West End Nice as a pleasant place to visit and receive a great welcome and service,

Manager Marie and Asst Manager Maximo were excellent representatives for Hotel West End during our stay Dec 18 2023 to January 8. Their staff also performed exceptionally during our stay. I want to also thank the breakfast room staff, especially William (In English, French is Guiliiam?). A Male Manger was rude to Wiliam in front of breakfast guests which was out of line and should be removed from staff. Since upgrades to LeNegresco of dining room and WestminsterLounge, I would recommend your Removing sofas and strong, too bright lighting and replace with Lounge with tables similar to Negresco bar or Westminster and serve cocktails/bar menu from dining Room to increase revenue and bring in local foot traffic. Needs contemporary upgrade for Hotel. Dining Room staff excellent but bright lights spoil ambience. Extraordinary dining staff, particularly young female with red hair who prepared food tableside. I would also recommend expanding tour companies who are proficient in history of area, culture, and not simply leave tour people on own. I did hire personal car several times. Thank you once again. Stayed in this hotel for 4 days, on the 2nd floor, room with the sea view. Very nice view, facing the entire promenade and beach/sea. Absolutely worth it. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower. It wasn't great but still usable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
