Visited Pokhara.. 2 weeks back.. it was an amazing stay at this hotel.. the rooms r very clean.. staff is too sweet & helpful.. our room no was 503.. with a view of the lake & Annapurna mountain range.. the arrangement in the terrace is also very nice.. beautiful view…the hotels location is convenient.. overall a very happy & satisfied review.. strongly recommend this hotel👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We stayed here for 3days, and our overall experience was very wonderful. The staffs were friendly and help you out with everything. The foods were great too.And the views you get from here was breath-taking.

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and it was an amazing stay. We had room 504 with a great view of Annapurna and Lake Phewa. Mr Khem the manager is very attentive and took great care of us. He helped us with car arrangements and gave us advice about Pokhara. Totally recommend this place.

My friend & I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are clean and the location is just 5 mins walk from Phewa lake. We had a top floor room directly looking at the Annapurna range and the lake. The hotel manager is very warm and helpful. Loved having a chat with him where he gave us lot of local info. Will recommend highly and surely book this if we plan a trip to Pokhara again.

Perfectly situated downtown Pokhara. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and cleen. Great value for money stay. We will be back for sure. Ask for rooms 303 or 304 (with the same last number) or upstairs to get a great view over the holy Fishtail mountain.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
