We went to wild air on last Friday, atmosphere was just amazing due to calm & relaxing environment which surrounded by forest. we had only 2 meals and they rejected to offer service to the room, and food tastes very basic and can't expect that taste from such a hotel. and the terrible thing was that they extra charged rs.4000 from us by saying we requested H/B but we clearly asked room only price we didn't want to argue on this since guests were around and it would definitely make them uncomfortable too. even they didn't bother to say sorry for extra charging. really disappointed on their service, never expected this much low quality food and service from this kind a hotel. not recommending at all.

Enjoy wild air at Wild Air Dambulla... If you're in a mood to take a walk over the tree tops and enjoy the life of a 'sophisticated' monkey Wild Air is the place to go to. The pathway to the little chalets are built on pillers almost close to the tree tops and the chalets itself are built on pillers at the same level as the foot path. The rooms however has the standard of a star class hotel with all the amneties, wifi, TV, AC and hot water. Only thing missing was the toiletries kit which given the price we wouldn't mind. First night we got their permission to have our own BBQ at site so we arranged the BBQ by the pool. Rain decided to disturb the event soon as the grill is ready so we moved it to the pathway near the rooms. Hotel staff were very supportive in moving everything up there. As per the google food wasn't good but either they have changed the cook or the google reviewers are crazy! Ordered a fried rice to top up our BBQ which was unique and delicious. Breakfast was string hoppers, dhal and pork curry ( we brought pork from a local shop) with coconut sambal and all were as delicious as it can be. Although we were planning to cook lunch on the way we abandoned the plan due to timing issues so ordered lunch from the hotel as well. We requested rice and curry with fresh water fish ( වැව් මාළු) so the dishes included a lot of other local curries and fried and cooked fish as well. All the food was absolutely delicious with well balanced mix of spices. It was a lovely relaxing day in the jungle among numerous wild life. Hope to return again for another night sometime soon...

This would have been a hidden gem kinda place if it were maintained properly and had a good service. The villas are pretty decent for the price and had all the amenities. The pool is not a big one but it does the job. Those are the only plus points. All the others are on a slippery slope. The path way to the rooms are not maintained well. It' so slippery and i almost fell down a couple of times.( Went on a rainy day). Hot water was not working all the time. No WIFI. No bar. (BYOB) The food is the worst of them all. I didn't expect much from this place when it comes to the food. But, it's not acceptable at all. Whatever you do, do not get their BBQ. It's so horrible. Charged 2500k per person. But it was straight up rip off. Other than that place is quite relaxing and secluded. Worth if you are out of options.

I visit this 2 days back with my family. Great place to visit. Totally comfortable jungle feeling. I booked a tripple room and one double room. Wood finished looking chachalets surrounded with jungle trees. Rooms are very comfortable and clean attatched bathrooms. Clean bath tub. Hot water available. Specially on foods. We didnt feel any wrong with foods. Seems they not used any chemical items on foods. Seems carbonic vegetables and fruits. Very fresh and tastiest. We got lot of traditional food items for lunch which very tasty and healthy . Excellent taste on Wav maalu and chicken curry. All my family incliding childrens likes to their food items and enjoyed it lot. Medium size clean pool which can enjoyed with your childen and family. They gave personalized attention to each guest while not distubing the privacy. My daughter get wounded while playing. They prepared, a traditional medicine and applyied it quickly after getting concent from my mother even this is a very small scratch. Appriciate it! and thank you very much Manager Mr janaka for great hospitality and care during our stay. If you want to get a comfortable feeling very close to our nature, visit this...

Average place This is located in a very unique landscape very close to the forest reservation . Interior from the main road. The rooms were located at a high elevation giving unique style. Rooms were very spacious and had amenties . Rooms were clean too. Very nice flexible staff. Very polite. But the downside of this hotel is that its too involved with nature and land scape seems bit disorganized . So there is a feeling of insecurity . Disconnected from the pool. Food was only local did not have options. Do not recommend for families with kids due to thr sense of insecurity

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
