Location is good. Rooms are OK, not to big, clean and well maintained. But there is no room service on Sunday so if you want to eat or drink something in your room on Sunday or holiday you can not. They explained to us that Sunday is day off so they are not able to provide the room service. You do not have kettle or coffee mashine in the room at all. This is very strange since the hotel has 4 stars.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The room was a good size, the bed was huge which we haven't seen a lot in Europe. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. They helped with directions & offered ideas of where we might like to go & explore - their suggestions were on point. Breakfast was really good - Great variety of options to choose from - definitely in our top 10 breakfasts on our 6 week trip. Location was great - we walked everywhere. No need for public transport.

Me and my partner have just checked out from this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. Close proximity from Milan Central station, clean hotel, clean rooms (comfortable bed), clean bathrooms, decent shower and pressure/temp, great options at breakfast time (07:00 - 10:00). Its good value for money. The ONLY disappointment/let down was the lady on reception during our checkout (very miserable).

Nice hotel overall. Mattress and pillows hard as rocks but otherwise clean and tidy and friendly helpful staff with good English. Location is quite good as can walk around and find nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants. Can either walk to the city center or jump on the nearby metro and travel a few stops. The same line also goes to the central station if you are getting a train so it's very convenient. Great breakfast too

We had a wonderful stay during Christmas holidays. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the staff at breakfast room. They even remembered how I drink my coffee! Grazie per tutto!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
