This hotel was fantastic. Excellent location, excellent amenities. Wonderful staff. Nearby multiple train lines, restaurants and malls. Plenty of activities to do nearby. Rooms have their own private bathrooms with bathtub showers. The room size might be small for north American standards, but none the less very comfortable and manageable if you have a suitcase. Laundry facilities on site. They also have complimentary drinks and coffee. As well as an easy exit on the street level, so that you can leave the hotel from the first floor and not always from the basement. My only negative view point is the food vending machines are not great in taste. But this is a minor inconvience considering there are so many restaurants nearby.

Our check-in wasn't until 3pm and we intended to leave our luggages with the hotel since we knew they would safeguard them, and come back at the check-in time but they let us in our rooms early so we were able to settle in and start our adventure! The staff are the epitome of hospitality. Thank you very much!

staff are super helpful and friendly. They are super sweet and even it the room is quite small, it feels really comfy. There are several amenities to take at the lobby, and they also give us free tea bags and bath salt. There are several cute owls and building doodles around the hotel, and it is SO CUTE I loved my stay and definitely recommend!

Good location. Ikebukuro itself has some cool stores nearby. It's close to the station and just one stop away from Shinjuku.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
