Stayed here for our final few days in Japan. We were there for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. Hotel was clean, friendly staff, great breakfast included, and the location was a perfect. I had left my wedding ring in the room and they were kind enough to mail it back to me at no charge. Thank you so much!

Do not book this place if you're sensitive to smell. The whole hotel is not well ventilated and smells stale, like a mixture of feet and fish. The room itself smelled like a gym bag from the first step inside, and needed to be aired out with loud construction next door. The bathroom was a plastic room that you had to step up into, clearly built as an afterthought. The bedding and towels all had that same musty nauseating smell. The main lounge area is an outdoor smoking area, and it causes the whole 4th floor corridor to occasionally smell of cigarette smoke. The coin laundry does not dry clothes. The vending machine is mislabeled and gives the wrong drinks. The staff were really nice and helpful, though. And the location is decent.

The rooms are a good size for this price point and the location is good. It's in a quiet area but it's very close to the Shijo train station and 2 stops to Kyoto station. It's about a 10 minute walk to the department stores and bus stops. However, the room weren't clean. Surfaces were dusty and visible signs of wear and tear on the walls. They also only provide room cleaning a couple times a week and only change out the towels each day. So for our stay, they only cleaned the day before we checked out. If you just need a place to sleep for a decent price and aren't too picky on cleanliness, then this isn't a bad choice, but we would stay somewhere else if we had to choose again.

Rooms were dirty, so were the sofas in the lobby. We found pubic hair from another guest in our room. The hotel has an "eco-friendly" policy of not cleaning the rooms everyday. However, even on the 3rd day, when they're supposed to clean them, they left hairs and trash in the room and bathroom. I only recommend this hotel for its location, it's very near the Nishiki Market, Kyoto Station and other points of interest.

pros: size and location is great. also the price is relatively cheap. cons: The room is dusty. I mean it is quit obvious! but the sheets and towels are okay. In short, the price for the room is acceptable but it's not ideal for the tidness

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
