We spent five days in the hotel and we were really satisfied with our stay. The hotel is in a really good location, very close to the transportation services and a few minutes away from the market. The staff were super friendly and very professional. Highly recommended. We stay here for sure if we come back to Kyoto.

A great hotel in the middle of Kyoto. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable with a beautiful. The breakfast is amazing, the eggs, the drinks and especially the croissants. Definitely recommend. This hotel has everything, even garbage cans🙂

The hotel room is clean, spacious, and windows for guests to look out from the room. It was a comfortable stay. The location is close to the train station, but the surroundings are not as buzzing as the Shino area. If you are looking for a more peaceful stay from overcrowded Kyoto, it is a nice place to stay.

A short walk to Gion and other major attractions, food and shopping. Nice, clean western style rooms. Breakfast is available for a small fee. Laundry available just give a little extra time on the dryers. Staff is wonderful and their English was great. Very helpful!

We really like this hotel! Good size room, great location. Close to Sanjo stations and also walking from a ton of restaurants and shrines. Also the staff and amenities were great!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
