Location is great. It's near mrt and JR station and Takeya building. They provide small breakfast like breads and drink machine. They have ovens and microwave too. The room is so small. It's hard to open my luggage size 33"

Rooms are relatively bigger than other hotels in same area, about 14 square meters for the smallest room. Free soft drinks , coffee and tea are provided whole day (11-10). Free amenities including face washing gel and moistures, shaver gel and slippers. Staffs are nice and professional, they have a translate machine even their English is not perfect.

Location is great! It’s 5 mins walk from exit 3. Very convenient. The room is a little bit small for two. Especially there is no room to open two big suitcases. Overall, it’s great. Free coffee whole day!

Despite initial concerns about the room size, as there were two of us staying in a standard single room, we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, it wasn't as bad as we anticipated. The front of the bed provided enough space to accommodate our two large suitcases, although opening them both flat simultaneously wasn't possible. Now, let's focus on the positives. The hotel is situated in a delightful neighborhood, surrounded by numerous shops and the vibrant Ameyoko market. Moreover, for Muslim travelers, there is a fantastic halal ramen shop conveniently located right next to the hotel, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The hotel offers complete amenities, ensuring that guests have everything they need during their stay. From toiletries to other essential items, I found the room to be well-equipped, contributing to a comfortable stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. The luggage transfer service was particularly efficient, making the procedure a breeze. An added bonus was the availability of complimentary drinks. I personally enjoyed the hot chocolate, which added a cozy touch to my stay and was a nice gesture from the hotel. Now, let's address a couple of minor drawbacks. As mentioned earlier, the room size is on the smaller side, which may be a concern for some travelers. However, considering it was a single room, it was manageable and didn't greatly impact our overall experience. Another aspect to note is the breakfast options, which mainly consist of breads, and just breads. It's worth exploring alternative dining options nearby. Lastly, a helpful tip for future guests is to consider joining the bonus membership system. This membership offers the perk of a free extension of the checkout time until 12 pm, providing some extra flexibility during your stay!

Nice staff , clean and tidy room but the bed is a little bit small for double (same bed size as single room) . Free drinks and breads are tasty and fresh . The only drawback is the toilet isn't friendly for elderlies , need to watch your step . Overall it's a great experience , recommended Location is excellent , 5 minutes from Ueno Station

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
