Staff: Very friendly and welcoming. Spoke English too which was definitely helpful. Amenities: They have few free basic toiletries available at entrance like toothbrush, paste etc. Free coffee machine available in the lobby too. Unfortunately no washing mahine. Another great thing about the hotel was the good speed WiFi too.

We like to stay in Shimbashi when in Tokyo. This is the first time at this hotel! The free amenities were great, and the staff were friendly. The location is between 2-3 stations and close to Tokyo Tower and Ginza so that’s great. The rooms were clean, but with the dark coloured walls and duvet it made it feel unclean, maybe that’s just me 😂

Can't give much more than this. Rooms are small and the cleaning person leaves a big mess next to our room, baskets and bags are left pretty much everywhere next to the room door, even for a couple of hours. This is a budget hotel but still some standards should be maintained.

Excellent location and staff!! Stayed there for about 5 nights. I had to send a big box of books to the hotel and they were kind enough to receive it and keep it for almost 1 month before I checked in. The staff is super attentive. They have an all you can drink station with coffee, tea and different soft drinks. Complimentary breakfast is a little bag of bread to eat with any of their free drinks. Bread was tasty. They have a mini manga library too. The hotel is in a very good location near Tokyo Tower (about 10 min walk) and Zojoji Temple. JR Hamamatsucho St. is about 15 mins away. Subway Daimon St. is about 5 mins away. There are a lot of restaurants near, some clubs and karaokes too. Using the JR and subway lines you can get to Tokyo St., Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku stations in around 15 mins. There's a Natural Lawson at the end of the block.

Reasonably prices hotel. Free flow hot drinks and amenities. Provides sleeping clothes and also there are washing machines and driers. Walking distance to Daimon and Onarimon subway station. Within 5mins walking distance to Lawson. The staff are very welcoming.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
