Excellent hotel to stay at. Convenient location (direct access from Narita Airport by the narita express train). The closest subway station is only a 3-minute walk away, Tokyo station is a little bit far if you walk but the taxi ride only costs 500 yen if you come with luggage. The facility is very clean and has a very Japanese touch. Room size is decent. Lots of amenities included with the room including pajamas. There is a nice outdoor garden in the top floor. The breakfast is nice but I wouldn’t repeat it every day if you’re staying more than one night (I tried it once and then ate outside). I would totally stay here again.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. Beyond essential amenities like a fridge, kettle, and hair dryer, the hotel impressed me with thoughtful extras such as a shoe brush, clothes disinfectant, hair ties, shaving cream, bath hat, razor, hair brush, slippers and sleepwear etc. There are many USB ports and the TV can project both Android and Apple devices. There are also some interesting small designs such as the magnetic signs and door studs. Highly recommended for people who cares about details.

Positives: 1- The toilet and shower/bathtub are very nice and clean (although a bit small). 2- The air conditioner is one of the best i have ever tried. 3- The windows has one of the best blackout curtains. 4- The price is fair (maybe to the cheap side). Negatives: 1- The room service isn’t the best, if you need something (such as spoon) you’ll need to get it yourself from the reception. 2- The room is very tight, to the point we were having difficulty walking around the room. 3- You need to use 2 elevators every time you want to get in the hotel. Average: 1- The reception is welcoming and respectful (as most of japan). 2- The cleaning services. 3- The view. 4- The facilities. Overall the hotel is nice for its price, I recommend if you have a limited budget.

It's a 16 minute walk to the Manurouchi and Ginza area. If you're not used to walking, this may be a bit far but I enjoyed my stay here. It's clean, it has nice and well planned or laid out room. The shower area is separate from the toilet which I really lake. Rooms are spacious enough. I was a solo traveler during this trip and I had 2 queen sized beds all to myself. Haha it also has a straight access to the rooms for busy hours. No need to keep on passing by busy area of reception - only during non peak or wee hours. It has a convenient mart, pharmacy, and mini supermarket very nearby with fresh food and fruits for sale.

I stayed here for one night. A 10-15 minute walk from Tokyo station (come out the Yaema exit). Straight down the road. Easy signage on the outside of the building. The service was excellent. Very welcoming and easy check in. The room is lovely. It was just me so the size was great and I appreciated the touch of PJs, the seperate toilet, the abundance of electricity ports, the table booth and the depth of the bath. I’m a female solo traveller and felt super safe here. It’s also very clean. The elevator adventure is fun. It brings a nice community aspect where you get to see people more often which is nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
