Friendly and comfortable like in Japan. I only see hotels in Japan with anti-fog drying mirrors (in the bathroom); Washlet for toilet... and here it is. I will only stay here for every business trip to Vietnam because of the spirit of Omotenashi.

The hotel is a bit small, but new and clean. Laundry service is also supposed to be completed the next day according to regulations, but so far it has been completed in the evening of the same day. The observation bath is open until 12:00. It also comes with a washlet. It's located at the edge of Linlan, so it's convenient to go anywhere.

Very friendly people and rooms are always provided with clean. One thing I noticed is that rooms in this hotel are well soundproofed, so you can hardly hear the noise of motorcycles and car horns. Walking distance to Japanese town and excellent cafe and restaurants are also located near Yah Hotel. I often use Hotel YAH when staying in Hanoi, and the front desk is very helpful and the rooms are clean. It seems that they use soundproof walls, so you can hardly hear noises such as motorcycles and car horns inside the room. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby, so you won't have any inconvenience.

I stayed at several hotels in Bangkok, Da Nang, and Hanoi, but Hotel Yah Hanoi was the best. The previous map also says 123HOTEL, but it has been changed to Hotel Yah Hanoi. If you are staying in Hanoi's Japanese Quarter, we recommend Hotel Yah Hanoi! Not only is the hotel's breakfast delicious, but I'm also glad that Yakult is included! The large bath on the top floor has a great view of Lotte Hotel. Above all, the hospitality of the young staff was amazing. #HotelYahHanoi

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
