A great Hotel and a landmark in Kathmandu. Smooth check in/out, friendly and professional staff. Great ambiance throughout the Hotel. Well done in maintaining a lovely garden and lots of Nepalese Heritage items. Breakfast was a true treat, dinner at the Chimney restaurant was ok, nothing to boast about. Could have been better as first time served frozen Tiramisu 😱 and it was not supposed to be frozen!

Beautiful and well kept property situated in the middle of the city ( Durbarmarg) & in proximity to major shopping and wandering areas/streets. They still can improve in services & options they give for breakfast and meals but room service is pretty helping and prompt also the Front Desk & their Management is assisting.

Nice Property sitiuated in the main area of city.. Amazing view, pool and traditional room architecture is the highlight. Lot of walkable space on the backside of hotel. Great location close to the Thamel, Naryanhiti place and the shopping. Nice lawns to sit out in. The restaurants were all good and we liked the breakfast buffet. Chimney highly recommended. The travel agency was able to arrange our tours.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
