        Small room with equipped bathroom and comfortable bed, but not soundproof enough to hear outside and neighbour. Can hear clearly hair dryer sound, sound of open and close door even tv sound. No smart TV. Mini bar provided. Umbrella provided.

        Nice hotel 7 mins from two MRT stations. The neighbourhood has an array of bars, coffee shops and small eateries. Rooms are a tad small but clean. Limited TV channels.

        The Hotel Yan run down property. We slept with lights on due to massive noise due to the some kind of wire short. Plus exhaust fan didnt work. When we raised issues with staff just said sorry. The room exremly unclean, no idea how they obtain SG Clean logo. Its not real. I requested payment card issuer (Visa card) to redraw payment back from thehotel. Dont waste

        Not great. The rooms are okay for the price but that's all. I like to use public transports whenever possible for ecological reasons but the MRT station is quite far especially when you have luggages to roll and it rains. Besides, what surprised me the most is the incompetence of the staff. They seemed bored and underpaid.

        Stayed here for a short period of time. The staff accommodated us especially to all our requests. We appreciate the service. Few things that we noticed: 1. Bed linens aren't totally clean (although we asked for room service, we saw hair strands on pillows and a few blood spots. 2. Space is small but still great for 2 persons. 3. Nearby eatery, just infront of the hotel. 4. Pinned location from Grab seems to be inaccurate, 3-4x our driver has passed to the pinned location. 5. No provision of garbage bin in the floor that we occupied. We can always throw our thrash, and we don't want to ask for help. But since there's no container for that, we just left it outside our room. Those are the things that we observed. We hope that they can improve it, little by little especially #1.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
