Nice place to hang around with friends. Foods are good in taste and quantity. I liked the roof top view of the restaurant. Staffs were very friendly. Definitely I will visit again.

They misrepresent the distribution of dorms as you see online. Staff on the rooftop are openly racist against Indians (I’m not Indian but observed this conduct). Not recommend. Other guests are nice though.

Rooms are OK, nothing too fancy, loved the paintings on the walls. The service was great all around, from the reception to the bar on the rooftop. Position is good, just 5 minutes from Thamel. Overall amazing hostel for travellers, with an amazing view from the rooftop!

WOW, Yog hostel, what a magical hostel. First of all, the staff there is AMAZING. Every one I met there became my friend- Shankar and Priyank at the roof top restaurant, loved their cool kind additude, Shankar shy and kind ways and Priyank is so funny. The amazingly reception team Ashmita, Frakas and Shruti, my friends, ny dearest people I love so much, I truley loved them. They all were the Nicest, kindest, most helpful, most genuine, always smiling kind of people. I will truley miss each and every one of them. They became part of my daily routine, seeing them every morning and evening, having a small talk or some deeper talks too. The rooms were great, I always had a hot shower, enough privacy when needed, the location is more than perfect, the vibe is like no other and it was my true home for the very long time I stayed there. I have been to so many hostels in Nepal but Yog was the best I have been to yet. I came because of the good prices and the location but I stayed because of the best people I met, whether staff or travellers alike. I love you all, Yog family, Thank you for making me feel always welcomed and loved. I will miss you and cant wait for the day we meet again at the best city I love so much. Take care and keep being amazing, Lihi💜💜💜💜

Worst place to stay in Kathmandu. Flock hostel is the best one in the area and you can walk past this one a little forward. The entire place is so dirty they have not maintained it very well. The place doesn't have clean washrooms and proper doors that cover it fully. They allocated same bed to two people and therefore the sleep was taken away for the night stayed there as the one who reached bed first takes the spot. Along with that the attitude and rude character of the reception guy was un bearable after a sleepless night. Please avoid and go for Flock or any other hostels .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
