I want to thank you for a great experience! My son is in the hospital and I live 2 1/2 hours away. Already being under stress, it was refreshing to have such a good experience with your hotel! I will definitely stay here again once my son is better and we can have some fun!!

I had my wedding hotel block at Hotel Zachary and I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! The staff went above and beyond for my husband and I and our guests. Rosie was extremely helpful in the booking process and made sure we had everything we needed for our suites when the wedding weekend rolled around. The hotel even provided and dress rack and extra chairs for hair and makeup. We had a ton of items to bring up to the rooms for the weekend and the bellman was extremely helpful in getting all of our things to our rooms. The front desk staff, specifically Natalie, was so polite and helpful in getting us checked in and our guests. On top of all of that, the hotel itself is STUNNING! Lobby, bar, rooms, sitting areas - everywhere in the hotel is clean and designed to perfection. We had more than enough room and space in our suites and overall enjoyed being there so much that we were sad when it was time to leave. Lucky for us, we live just down the street, so we can grab drinks or food at their restaurant and bar, Alma, whenever we miss it!

This is a Bonvoy property, located directly across from Wrigley Field. Named after the architect that designed Wrigley Field. Rooms are great size, especially the corner rooms. If you get a room on street side you will have an awesome view of the stadium. Bathrooms are a nice size and the shower water pressure is amazing. Service at breakfast was slow and the food was not brought out all together. Bar does craft cocktails. Check in is on the 2nd floor, and the elevators require a room key to use beyond the 2nd floor.

Just returned from a quick 25th anniversary trip and booked a regular room. The hotel graciously upgraded us to the Marquee Suite. The view was spectacular, being directly across from Wrigley Field. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The rooms were spotless and the bed, very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience and a great way to start our next 25 years.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
