It is a little dated and needs some renovation. However, it has always been clean and the staff helpful. Good continental breakfast. The price is appropriate for the accommodation. It's really near to the park in which there is the Bundek Lake, in the park there is also a good children area! Suggested if you are looking for an economic hotel.

On the outside, hotel doesn't look any good. On the inside, it's much better, but still it has bunch of unused space which can make guests uncomfortable. I slept on 6th floor and from the balcony I had horrifying view to the ground, but, on the other hand, I had terrfic view horizontally which you can see in the pictures. The restaurant is very nice. Buffet is well equipped and won't leave you hungry. Staff at the reception is very kind, if you have any questions, feel free to ask them. You can get hair fan at the reception. Elevator is creepy and old so I recommended to use the stairs, little exercise has never hurt anybody.

The staff service is excellent but hotel building needs refurbishment. The parking lot is spacious but also needs some improvement. The location of the hotel is great as it is very close to a nice city park with lake and other amenities. Safe, frequent, and reliable connection with city centre of Zagreb by bus, Uber and taxies are also available.

We have stayed at the Hotel Zagreb six times and it is LOVELY! No frills, but a superb breakfast, a clean room, friendly people, and a short walk from beautiful Zagreb city centre. What more can you wish for!?!

Have stayed here about 6 times in the last ten years. It is a little dated and needs some work. However, it has always been clean and the staff helpful. Lovely setting on Bundek lake, great for a traffic free morning run along the Sava. And easy access to the city (5km) and the airport.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
