The hotel is fantastic, great location the staff friendly and very helpful. We had a room looking out over the courtyard so looking at past reviews I can understand their dislike to this with the noise issue, but for us it wasn’t a problem, even with it being Georgian new years. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the only issue you could maybe say is the lighting is a tad poor. Other than that you can’t go wrong with staying here.

a disgraceful hotel. If you do not want to be harassed by other customers staying at the hotel, definitely do not stay. While staying in your room, you may be harassed by two men you do not know, and the hotel staff will protect their harassing guests, not you. It's obviously a business that wants female guests to be disturbed. You cannot get a refund even for security-related problems. If you love your life, definitely do not stay in this hotel. Anything can happen to you in this hotel.

Definitely do not stay in this hotel. The security problem in the hotel is serious. Bellboy works as a security guard in the hotel, and he does this job if he wants to. If you stay in this hotel, anything can happen to you. Especially women never prefer, you may be harassed by other male guests staying at the hotel and the hotel will never do anything for you. This hotel is a business that supports harassment. If you care about your safety, do not choose this hotel.

The location of the hotel is the best thing about this hotel, it’s 5min away from the liberty square. The rooms were clean but the lighting in the room is very bad, very dim light. There’s a pub right under the hotel and the music is Very loud at night which makes it impossible to sleep properly. The breakfast is very basic, and they should pay attention to place a towel on top of the baguette, 3 nights here already and no one paid attention to that. The croissant is very dry. Nothing special about this hotel and wouldn’t come back except maybe for the location.

There is no security in the hotel and this is a very serious problem. If you have a security problem at the hotel, the employees don't help you. Among a lot of options, please do not choose this place for your safety. They have a rude attitude towards women. If you stay here, you may be harassed by other male guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
