The rooms were thoughtfully organized with good lighting, desk space, and espresso. The bed was comfortable. I slept in a room near the front and could hear music and city noise throughout the night, but it wasn't too loud. The location is pretty good, as it is near Market St and Powell St, both good for metro. The employees were kind and helpful. My biggest complaint is that the restaurant coupons that they give you only allow one per purchase, but it doesn't say it anywhere on the coupon.

Overall this hotel is great! ROOM: The room we got was great and clean but I give it a 4 stars because it has the old hotel smell. SERVICE: Was awesome very kind staff but give it 4 stars because my husband thought the front desk cashier was acting in a flirty way towards him, which I did not believe until we went by the lobby and the cashier kept staring and smiling at him on our way in which was awkward for me. Location: Gave it 5 stars because we went shopping and this hotel is close to everything which makes our 3 year anniversary fun!

This hotel looks better on the website than in real life. We had a basic, small (Queen) room with no view. We didnt find our room noisy though. We booked via agoda and the bookings text explained all the amenities (which you pay extra for) but they are practically non existent. We needed to use a computer for a rebooking of a plane ticket but that was not allowed. All in all a basic, 3 star hotel in a convenient location.

Great hotel for a great price! Nice clean rooms, good service and really cool theme and vibes! Their activity area is really nicely designed and a cool place to work. I checked out the gym but didn’t get a chance to use it but it was very clean with a reasonable amount of equipment options. Very good location. There is a night time security guard at the door as well as San Francisco is a little rough outside but nothing too serious. I felt just safe and fine in the hotel. There are a few hotels nearby slightly cheaper and I highly recommended spending the few extra bucks to stay in a modern, clean, well staffed space.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights, and we loved it. The location can't be beat, and the hotel itself was awesome. Super cool and interesting theme and decorations, very nice and friendly staff, and the room was great. We got a one bedroom suite, so we were in a tower in the back (not facing the street), so it was very quiet. Also, I see that a lot of people said the hotel smells... I disagree! They had a Glade plugin scent in the lobby and the rooms, but we actually really liked it. I guess that's a personal preference. I have no complaints and would recommend that anyone stay here if they need to stay in San Francisco. It was affordable in comparison to other hotels in the area, and it didn't feel run down or old. Loved it!
