What a gem. This hotel's unbeatable location right at the night market is a major highlight. It's incredibly convenient - one bus ride from the airport, with the stop only a 3-minute walk away. The staff were simply marvelous, accommodating us with an early check-in and assisting in arranging a taxi for our early flight. The rooms themselves were fantastic, offering comfort and style. A superb choice for travelers seeking convenience and exceptional service.

We spent 6 nights at Hotel28 and my partner and I both agree that it was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The bed was big and comfy, and we got absolutely no noise or light from the busy street coming in. The bath tub and amenities were so luxurious. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. We walked past the front desk to get to our room and always received a lovely smile and warm greeting from all of the staff. The minibar was completely free and restocked every day. The drinks were so appreciated after walking around Seoul on a hot summer day. The location was fantastic. Heaps around to see. Was nice to be close to the shops and public transport. Cannot recommend the hotel enough. Our stay was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you to the Hotel28 staff!

We stayed for 5 nights in November and found the hotel to be very good. The location is excellent being in the centre of Myeongdong and there’s a dessert shop next door that does great cheesecake! The airport bus drop off is at the end of the street as is one of the MRT stops. Lotte Mall is a 2 min walk so location wise you’re all set. The hotel itself is good, with decent and approachable staff who were friendly and professional. The housekeeping was also good and the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. However points dropped for the room format with the sink outside the bathroom area which was closed off with a heavy curtain only. I’m not sure if all the rooms are like this. Additionally, there were earplugs provided as we had a room overlooking the front street and apparently it can get noisy, however, we had no issues and slept well. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there’s so many other options around you so I can’t comment on food!! A nice hotel with good staff in a great location.

Hotel location is super ideal if you’re a shopaholic! It is centred right in the middle of Myeongdong’s walking street. It gets a little noisy if you’re staying on low floors but the hotel provides ear plugs which is a nice gesture. Room amenities are ok but deducting 1 star as the tap water gets murky when it is switched to hot water (super strange and quite gross). Receptionist mentioned it’s normal but advise us not to boil the murky water and use bottled water instead. Gym is super small and not 24/7. Minibar is restocked everyday and free of charge! Minibar included soft drinks, alcohols and some nuts which was great. Overall, hotel is a good choice ☺️

There’s a reason this place has so many high reviews. Beautifully appointed rooms and excellent customer service, from the older doorman to the desk staff, to the breakfast staff/bar attendants. Location is close to EVERYTHING. Don’t forget to Spend some time in the museum quality displays on various floors.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
