        While the hotel location may not be right in the city center, I would say this hotel was the best stay of our entire Europe trip. The price was cheaper than average hotels in Amsterdam, but this cozy hotel far exceeded our expectations. The hotel has everything you need for a vacation. They have a parking lot (for an additional fee), about a 15-minute drive from the city center. Each room has a kitchen, and there is also a gym, sauna, and mini mart where you can buy essentials. The staff were incredibly helpful, even when we checked in at midnight. They were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here - I'm confident you'll have a great time, just as I did. Everything was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. It may be slightly outside the main tourist areas, but in my opinion, that is more than made up for by the wonderful accommodations and service.

        I was on conference call with My colleague who was staying in Hotel2stay's and I found reception staff was overwhelmingly negative. The receptionists, one of the female receptionists, exhibited rudeness and a lack of helpfulness that greatly impacted the stay. Unfortunately, their interactions left me dissatisfied with the customer service at this hotel. It is crucial for a hotel's reception staff to be welcoming, accommodating, and attentive to guest needs, but regrettably, this was not the case during their stay. I hope the management takes steps to improve the professionalism and courtesy of their reception team for the benefit of future guests. I had plans for my entire company to come next month for a business trip and stay at this hotel, however after what my colleague encountered, we have decided to not stay here because of their staff that lacked basic customer service skills.

        My stay at Hotel2Stay was marred by an array of disappointments, primarily stemming from poor customer service and unsettling interactions with the reception staff, particularly a female staff member named Louise. The lack of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated during my encounters with her left a lasting negative impression on my overall experience. One of the most concerning aspects of my stay was the invasion of privacy by the cleaning staff. Despite my explicit request for room cleaning, I was dismayed to find them going through my closet, where I store personal belongings. The sanctity of guest privacy was compromised, as they seemed to have taken photos of my belongings without my consent, later showing them to the reception. Furthermore, the cleaning services themselves were far from satisfactory. I encountered reluctance from the room service to adequately clean my room, and their questionable hygiene practices, such as using a body towel to clean the floors, raised significant concerns. Attempts to address these issues with the reception were met with a dismissive attitude, showcasing poor listening skills and a lack of acknowledgment for legitimate concerns. To compound matters, I found myself having to collect basic amenities such as towels and facial tissues from the reception, as these were not provided during room cleaning. The reception staff's accusation, made during my conference meetings, about me allegedly taking towels and hiding them in my closet was both unwarranted and unprofessional. As a paying guest, I believe I should have the freedom to use the amenities provided without being scrutinized or accused. Moreover, the justification provided by the reception staff for the cleaning service's actions was perplexing. Asserting that the closet belongs to the hotel and, therefore, they have the right to go through it was not only unusual but also in direct contradiction to my expectations as a guest. While I have allowed them to clean and refill, the unauthorized scrutiny of my belongings without proper cleaning and servicing was unacceptable.         Easy check in, we’ll equipped room, didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The location is very convenient for work but there are not so many restaurants or shops nearby. A quick trip on the #19 tram will take you close to plenty of shops and restaurants though.

        Very good hotel, rooms are small but good , you can easily get bus, tram , train and metro at walkable distance. Gym and meeting rooms are also available. Beauty of hotel is rooftop cafe you will definitely love it. 24*7 receptions always available for any help. Thank you hotel2stay , keep it up.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
