The hotel definitely needs better maintenance, the furniture is dated, not clean, and the sofa needs profound cleaning. Hotel staff is not especially nice and welcoming. They barely respond hello to you. If you do not leave enough tips for the maid, you will not receive a proper cleaning of your room. Everything in the room is counted, starting from cutlery. Literally, if you are 2 people, you get two forks, etc. There is no bottle of water waiting for you in the room or any other courtesy. Towels - I have never experienced such low-cost, washed towels in the worst hotel I have visited in my life (after drying all the cotton stays on your skin). The main lady from reception is very gossip, so do not think is the good image for the place. Breakfast is not the best one, cheapest cereals, drink juice similar, a bit of fruit, and light coffee. Overall, we were not pleased with the stay, and we will not recommend or come back.

Excellent night to rest and very close to visit 5th avenue and 5 blocks from the beach. I highly recommend the quality and price are distinguished. Especially the girl at the reception very friendly and attentive. greetings we will see you again

I had an amazing stay with this hotel. When I first arrived I was greeted by a delightful gentleman. I was also assisted by Ms. Gina who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was patient and very kind. 🥰 Both fluent and very delightful. My accommodations where matched in every way, exempt ice and bottle of water service. That I wish would have been included, but the super market Aki was 2 minutes away which was extremely convenient. The breakfast was quaint and delicious, I just wish they had some sort of meat options included with the breakfast. The location was awesome, close to 5th Ave. But not effected by the rowdy noise. Its not thatttttt far from the beach, but its also not thattttt close. My room attendant, Mr. Justin did a FABULOUS job attending to my room. Superb job! The staff assisted with taxi transportation also! The room was amazingly simple and elegant. A lamp/desk and living room table would have made the living area just perfect, but nonetheless it was an amazing room. Perfect size. I am a solo traveler so safety is my TOP priority. I felt extremely safe, and the 24/7 security was an added bonus. I will be staying here again.

Nice hotel. Close, but not too close to the center of Playa del Carmen. Very friendly staff, who are helpful with any questions you might have. Swimming pool is not too big, but sufficient

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
