Amazing hotel, I would 100% recommend it! The room was pretty, super clean and the bed super comfy. The location is perfect to discover the city center and the restaurants around are nice. The service was great and I would like to thank the very friendly staff at the welcoming desk!

Excellent location for exploring Schwabing and the English Garden. However the check-in process took ages - 15 minutes! And there was dust on the floor in our hotel room. Staff were very friendly though and very reasonable price per night.

Stayed here for a night with work. Good location and close to Ubahn. Rooms were really clean and modern. Big king size bed with flat screen tv. Small sofa and table if you needed to work and spacious modern bathroom. Breakfast was really nice at Petit Fritz on the ground floor. Selection of meats and cheese, veg options and vegan as well. Coffees, orange juice and pastries. Anything you fancied really. A plus was the locker spaces in the basement, if you were travelling after check out you could leave your bag for free in a programmable locker. Very handy. Staff were really friendly, spoke good English and entertained my terrible German! The only tiny criticism is the bedrooms were really warm at night. Air con didn't seem to do much and the windows only open so far for safety reasons. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Hotello Schwabing!

Cute, boutique hotel in a great area of Munich. We were on the 3rd floor facing a semi- busy Street but didn't hear a thing! Room was small but wisely appointed to make good use of the space. Parked in the underground garage and couldn't believe how clean it was. There was even some vibey music piped in! Close to restaurants ( I recommend Salve- for wonderful Italian). Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel has a bar/bistro, but it was always packed so we didn't have a drink there. We did get breakfast though and it was excellent. Would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
