I had an amazing experience at Hotisi Hotel in Tbilisi! The host and the crew were incredibly polite and friendly, making my stay feel warm and welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean, which is always a priority for me when choosing a hotel. The location is perfect - easy to access from the main attractions, yet peaceful and away from the crowd, offering a serene escape. I enjoyed a beautiful view of the church from my room, adding to the overall charm of the stay. A special shoutout to Boo Boo, the adorable dog who stole the show by welcoming guests with so much enthusiasm. To top it off, they surprised me with a bottle of wine when I checked out, which was a lovely gesture. The staff went above and beyond by helping me get the rabies vaccine after I got bitten by a dog while exploring the tourist attractions. I can't recommend Hotisi Hotel enough - exceptional service, clean rooms, great location, and a caring team that truly takes care of its guests.

quite, cozy space.. kind owner.. great view of the cathedral from a small balcony where you can sip a couple of glasses of sweet wine and watch the cathedral at night.. ac unit and heater for the winter.. we had a warm night in november, even kicked the blankets off.. clean bed and bathroom.. what more you want from a hotel..? just perfect..!

Dont make first impressions about this place from google view! This is awesome place! Very quiet , clear place! Very friendly stuff, offering home-made food and drinks. Stuff gave us some advices and directions about visiting places in Tbilisi. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. It is a small, family hotel, only few rooms, but hard to find a better place! Stunning view from the terrace. Location is the best to those, which is expecting to live in a just few minutes by foot from the heart of Tbilisi

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
