Good budget hotel, good size room and bathroom, just could use a serious deep cleaning. It wasn't dirty really, just showing it's age. Very friendly staff and we're prompt when we needed new towels. Breakfast is a nice addition, just very simple with a couple cereals, cheese, crackers, toast, juice, milk and hard boiled eggs. And nice that they have free water bottles and coffee.

Overall it is a decent hotel. It gets the job done, the staff are very kind, there is free breakfast (a minimal breakfast, but hey, it works), and the beds were comfortable. The main reason I give it three stars despite those things is for the upkeep of the place. At first glance when we walked into our room it looked nice and felt very spacious. The bathroom is quite big too (we stayed in a room that fit four people). However, the cleanliness of the room is what got to me. I am not a germaphobe, but I am very germ conscious and have been told I have rather high standards of cleanliness. That being said, there were stains on the sheets and pillow cases, a hole in the bed frame, and the tiles and blinds in the bathroom have started to grow what looks like mold. Additionally, the towels provided are the size of a standard hand drying towel. They are NOT great for drying off after a shower, but they are the only towels provided. Once again, they place gets the jobs done—it is a place to sleep, shower and leave our stuff while we explore Busan all for a very reasonable price.

Please do NOT BOOK this hotel. Our room looked beyond shabby. The window couldn't be opened because the handle was broken. The blinds were beyond dusty and the wallpaper was torn. The room smelled so musty, old and stuffy. The round mirror on the wall has probably not been cleaned for 5 years. Everything was kind of dirty or dusty. The open shower had no curtain. This means that when you take a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. The sockets weren't covered either and the towels were more suitable for babies as they were very very very small. There was also no safe in the room. You also hear other guests in their room slide their chair or sneeze. I felt more than uncomfortable and was so glad that we checked out after three nights. The ONLY good thing was the location, that's all. If I could I would give zero stars. And this hotel is more of a motel or hostel. So just DON'T go there.

Regretted booking accommodation at this small hotel once i arrived at the lobby, i could see that its have been left abit untided as a proper hotel. Check In was swift though and got a room assigned in a short time. However I was taken aback when i entered the room, it has strong smell of the room being unoccupied room for a long time and smell of a moist interior 🤦🏻‍♂️… the room was a big disappointment and i was even more shocked of the dust and faulty fixtures… No Shower Kerb and the whole Bathroom gets wet after shower! Rusty Towel Hanger, Exposed Wire extension in Bathroom, Rusty Bathroom Door Hinges with dropping Glass Door, Dusty Loose Wall Light above Wash Basin, Super dusty wall behind TV, Dusty TV and Modem. Worst of all, they dont even have proper towel for shower!! I had to use their given small towel (Floor mat size)… thus unsure if i should really use it, as the previous user maybe using that towel as a floor mat 😧 When we ask the Hotel receptionist for proper and bigger towels, they just claimed that thats what they have, the small towels. Thus we decided against confronting them about the bad condition of their room and just bare with what was provided since they are not taking responsibility of even a simple request. This Hotel should be more suitable as a short-termed hotel for those in need of a bed, for a few hours. Its not suitable as a hotel for tourists, it just leave a really bad impression, even though the low pricing… but i am sure no one will return or even introduce to others. Understand that Covid-19 period might have affected the hotel but they should have came up with proper plan on how to move forward, instead of continuing renting out those rooms to tourists.

Very Good location, hotel is near eatery and drinking shops, shopping center. Room stay comfortable and have the bathtub. Only the breakfast is not value. I stayed in 3 days but not have the breakfast there, no food available... only coffee, tea, some bread and granola... very poor collection

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
