Our first room was dirty, so we got another one - that was just as dirty. Dirty floors, dirty mirrors, dirty windows, and let’s of left hair.. So we had to move to a room without a balcony to get a room without other people hair all over.. Did it then end well? Not really. The room we ended up with is dark and the air vent seems to be connected in a way that cigarette smoke is blown into the room. Tried using the steaming closet in the room, the clothes in there smelled like it was dragged around in an ashtray! Had to ask for a cleaning at the front desk, because I couldn’t wear the clothes! The staff doesn’t understand English, so communication is very hard! The hotels is located where far from the rest of the city. We spent a lot of time in the metro!! We went to the pool late afternoon one day and the next day at noon all the dirt from the day before was still there, bandaids, trash laying around.. not really inviting. People went swimming in the pool with clothes on, and no one showered before entering, which is just straight up disgusting! We went to the pool three times on different times of the day, and the pool bar was never open. The decor looks great on images, but it’s plain and a bit worn out in real life - and then it’s a first for me to be in a bathroom without anywhere to store your towel 😆 could have been nice with a hook for a towel?

The pool on the roof speaks for itself. The room was spacious, the bath and toilet separate, and the service was great. Very important, the bed was semi-soft, not hard like most places in Korea. For the price staying here is worth the value. The location was 2 blocks from the main street and 2 blocks from the beach. Parking available. AC worked well. The pool is open until 10 pm and a bar next to the pool. You will have Views of the mountains, city, and ocean from the top, all while enjoying a cool refreshing beer/cocktail. We felt very comfortable in the room. And had a small balcony to enjoy the views from. It did not have an area to remove shoes at the entrance, which is not a big deal to most. For western foreigners, it was nice to not have to take off and put on my shoes/crocs every time I went to the pool or outside. There are too many restaurants and pubs nearby with every selection you can think of. That area of Busan is busy but where the hotel is was very quiet relative to its location. Slept like a baby, we will be staying here in the future.

I don’t think they cleaned the room before we check in with the amount of hair I see on bedsheets and pillows. Bedsheet and blanket were also stained with some food sauce I guess. I hope they pay more attention to cleanliness. Staffs were helpful.

Great price, good location, and friendly service. Unfortunately I visited in the winter so the pool and rooftop cafe was closed. The room was nice for the price but the AC didn’t work and there was a moderate amount of construction/city noise outside with the balcony door open. Would stay here again.

Special thanks to the lady at the front desk (4/7 evening). We had a great time here! Cozy and tidy. The cafe at the ground floor is also a place worth visiting.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
