The hotel as general is ok but it depends on your luck because you may stay at one of the new rooms with new furniture and big flat screen or one of the old rooms with old furniture and small old screen. Some floors near to the night club is very noisy and likely you will not get rest or sleep. The food at the restaurant at the first floor is very bad and no variety at all so my advice to eat outside or request food from TALABAT.

I stayed 14 days in this hotel. Everything was excellent excluding dinning experience. My booking was included breakfast, lunch and dinner but when I visited restaurant at the ending hours then some food items were finished and staff denied to arrange it. It's good hotel but suggested to book without breakfast and meal.

Very spacious rooms and nice staff attitude. Only issue is to find a parking lot. So i don't recommend this hotel to guests who are coming in own cars. Hotel management atlest can think of offering free valet parking for the guests .

The place is not hygienic complete trash, the room smells very bad. I do understand it's a 3 star hotel but hygiene is the basic of any hotel. I was not comfortable at all using any of the amenities in the room and the hotel.

I made a reservation for one night. The room is small the receptionist says a promotion to from a room to a big suite honestly the most beautiful suite

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
