We spent four nights here for a Disneyland vacation and were very pleased! Location is fantastic: a very quick and safe walk to Disneyland. The on-site water park and hot tub was fun —even in the winter! — and well-staffed with ample lifeguards. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, parking was plentiful and safe, the market on floor 1 was so convenient, and the facilities were very clean and modern (we stayed in Building 1 which has already been remodeled) and were decorated nicely for the Christmas holidays! We had two rooms, the larger room had a perfect view of Disneyland fireworks which was a huge plus! The only criticism is that the rooms had essentially zero storage: no dressers or bathroom cabinets / drawers, and very sparse bathroom counter space. What the room lacked in storage was more than made up for by the comfort, cleanliness, safety and convenience of the property. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next Disneyland trip!

Everything here is pretty great. I love the feeling of resort. this hotel feels like hotels felt before covid and I love that. service and resort is off the charts. Only complaint is the room can be bright through the curtains. the other thing is the website says “accommodates 5 people” it most definitely doesn’t comfortably fit us. the only reason we could make it work is because they brought us a cot ($15 a night more) and it is incredibly uncomfortable and there was almost nowhere to even put the cot. I gotta say I would stay here again though just maybe get another room. I love the pool and everything else.

I travel to Anaheim often and have stayed in a good number of hotels around this area, buy I've never stayed here until this last week. I was so impressed! First of all, the girl that checked us in was incredibly nice and helpful. I didn't feel like just another number checking in. She seemed to really care, and want to help. Which is so rare these days. Our room (2 queens, building 2) was really clean, cozy and had plenty of space. The bathroom was nice and had lots of counter space. The bathtub/shower was clean and nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It also felt safe. You need a hotel key to get into the parking lot and the buildings. Very much enjoyed our stay here and look forward to next time!

The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful! The grounds are beautiful! Well kept, the decorations for Christmas were darling, and the landscaping was beautiful. The building we stayed in is desperate need of updating. While the room was clean, it was so old it didn’t feel super clean. Our building didn’t have an elevator. It isn’t fun bringing up luggage for 5 people without an elevator or carrying up sleeping kids after a long day at the park then having to come back down to get a giant stroller up. I have stayed in one of the redone buildings before, and that building was nice! However, we won’t stay in a non-updated building again.

We were in town to take our grandchildren to Disneyland. The location of the hotel was ideal. Just a short walk to and from the park. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly. When we need something, it was immediately provided. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would definitely do so.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
