Checked in our room and an hr in roaches came marching in. Me and my sister packed our bags back up and left. Front desk was trying to give me a hard time but the roaches we killed we left there so there was no denying they have an infestation. I also have video

I checked in after midnight from a delayed flight due to weather only to find that the hotel room I checked into was dirty. Trash from a previous guest was found in the room when I checked in. More specifically, dry Ramen Noodle crumbs and a used coffee stirrer were located on the bathroom/kitchen counter. A kitchen sink is located where the bathroom sink should be. It's an unhygienic attempt to create a kitchenette in the room. The sheets were dirty with stains and holes. The room smelled like a foot locker. When I got up in the morning and started walking the grounds, I found a used condom in the parking lot and feces on the walkway. I booked another hotel instead of staying there any longer.

Had to check in through a makeshift window which had a doorbell that did not work, had to knock loudly until someone finally came to check us in. The room #207 given to us was filthy. The sheets & pillows were stained, a hole in the wall, bathroom was beyond gross with small roaches crawling around. We were only there from 2am-6am. The ONLY positive was the price, which obviously reflected the service. NEVER again.

Hotel pretty run down. Filter hadn't been changed in forever. Musty old smell in room, poor cleaning done. No real breakfast, coffee terrible, no iron, or coffee maker but ironing board and coffee and cups. The COVID entrance is outdated, let people into the office area...out of order posted on the laundry facilities. By far one of the worst choices of hotels for me.

This is by far the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Insects everywhere, the ac sounds like a jet engine. The desk clerks assured me there are no bed bugs but I am playing with fire by staying here, I know. Do not waste your money. I’m watching roaches, Beatles, flies, etc run and fly around. An actual trash pile would be a safer place to sleep for a night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
