I don’t think this place deserves even one star! Our room wasn’t cleaned and we checked in quite late so they weren’t able to send someone in to clean it. The sink was full of hair and dirt. The bath was covered in dirt and gunks. It was disgusting and we had no cleaning stuff with us. Upon complaining we were told that they would refund us 50% of what we paid. Our booking was last minute so we did pay a lot of monies. Please don’t trust them when they tell you will get a refund. Chased them frequently and no response. Also note the beds have only bedsheets to cover, no duvets or blankets. Also the carpet was covered in dirt and stains. Location wise it’s a good spot, easy access to the strip.

I've tried several now, and think this is the best cheap spot just off the strip. Carpet was in pretty rough shape, but the room had been cleaned better than the OYO next door, and the service was surprisingly good for a motel. Enjoyed the stay, and was happy to find more amenities than they give you at other hotels in Vegas. No resort fee ftw

The rooms at this place is far from clean, the sheets were ok also the bathroom, most of the lights not working, the carpet feels like grease under your feet, i agree its a cheaper place to stay but darn. The people who work at the check in is very rude, angry and ill mannered . They treat guest as tho they are doing you a favor, i even witness a curse out almost turned into a fight. People arrive early yes because of flights, they say WE ARE NOT DOING CHECK IN, not another word and turned away. My impression of this place is you can be there and anything can happen and nobody see or knows anything. You say good morning as you approach the counter and they just look at you. One lady in particular was the worse I ever met who is supposed to offer customer service but she is no where close to what it takes. If you're in a ground floor room just hope who ever is above you are considerate people. It's an ok place to put your head down for a night and nothing more of which was my purpose. Not a place I would go back to or recommend to anyone. The rooms is one thing but the worse is the staff, makes you afraid to ask a question. However the guy who checked me out was a bit pleasant and informed me the process of my down payment and what to expect.

Very cheap so you really get what you pay for. Rooms were dirty but the bedding and towels were clean. They don’t give you blankets though, just sheets. Security also seemed to be good. We saw police cars doing rounds and the parking lot was surrounded by fences so we felt our stuff wouldn’t get stolen. It’s the perfect place for people who just need a cheap place to sleep.

Location and Price was good Staff checked me in the wrong room and somebody was inside. That is okay. Anyone can make mistakes. Horrible part is that hot shower does not come out. I ran the water for like 15min and finally hot water came out. Room is totally dirty and horrible smell. Carpet is super super dirty as everyone says in the review. Better to stay somewhere else. I checked out after take my shower. Horrible

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
