I've stayed here twice now and it's a pretty good hotel with an excellent location in the Former French Concession. The rooms are comfortable, with a good number of outlets and plenty of space. The bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, with bottles of water replenished daily. The air-conditioning worked so-so the first time I stayed, but worked quite well the most recent time. Same with the Internet-worked so-so back in October of 2016, but in June of 2017, it was quite reliable. No VPN, so make sure you've got one if you need it. Front desk staff was efficient and helpful, and room staff were studious about making sure everything was taken care of. We used the laundry service, and it worked great. Location is fantastic-just a 5-minute walk to the South Shaanxi Station, which is in the basement of a really nice mall. You're also right near a lot of excellent restaurants, and within easy walking distance of nice areas of the Former French Concession.

Rooms are nice enough although the bathroom could be cleaner. Lot of construction work going on so there is a temporary restaurant. Breakfast is a bit poor. No pool and the gym only useable for a few hours because of work.

Really nice hotel, lot of restaurants next to it. Indeed the mall, called iapm, is very famous and contains a lot of restaurants and fast food. You can find the famous dim sum restaurant "din Tai Fung" and other good restaurants here.

How can they call this as 5 star hotel? Internet voip is imposaible as signal is too low and unstable. Mosquitoes will still keep u awake.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
