First time to stay and find the room are too old and ask the front manger Mr. CHOW who is very nice to upgrade me to the new renovated floor, the room is much better and Nice enough, I am satisfied their services, and just says to hotel management that they are lucky to have such staff to keep customers in satisfaction.

The hotel location is perfect. The subway is just there beside the hotel entrance on the same pavement. If you cross the road you are in a bus stop. The railway station is just in front of the hotel, all you have to do is to cross the bridge about 3 mins walking. It’s near to everything. The hotel looks like a 4 star hotel. The rooms are clean. The staff can speak English and are friendly. They take a quiet long time for check in. Overall rating is very good. Recommended.

A great hotel for both business people and tourists. Location is fantastic. Located in Central Beijing. Many tourist attractions and commercial places are nearby too. Accessibility to the hotel is good. Beijing Railway Station is within walking distance. Line 2 of the Beijing Underground Train System, Inter City Train services and public bus services are all within walking distances. Taxi services are easily available. The members of the hotel staff are professional and helpful. Cleanliness and hygiene are both good. Hotel facilities are well maintained. A well equipped gymnasium is available. Facilities for the handicap are good.

Very good situation close to railway station. I had no problem with the language, in the reception there was always at least one person speaking English and they booked the taxis for me and helped in what I needed. The breakfast is good but no many gluten free options. The room and the bathroom were clean. Old facilities for the price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
