A Nightmare Experience at the hotel I recently had the misfortune of staying at the hotel, and I cannot express enough how disappointing and disturbing the experience was. From the moment I walked into the lobby, it was evident that this hotel lacked even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer service. The hotel room was nothing short of a horror show. The bed linens were stained, the carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, and a peculiar odor lingered in the air. The bathroom was in no better condition – grimy tiles, and a malfunctioning toilet. Not to forget that the bathroom had fungus in the bathtub. The staff's attitude only added to the unpleasantness. The receptionists seemed indifferent to guest concerns, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. Requests for assistance were met with apathy, leaving me feeling completely ignored. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The poor hygiene, and unresponsive staff make it an establishment that fails to meet even the most basic expectations of a decent lodging experience. I left the hotel and cancelled my booking with in less that an hour of checking in. Save yourself the frustration and seek accommodations elsewhere.

The staff is not at all co-operative. We have been changing rooms 4 times in 24 hrs. Somewhere there is the issue of the heater somewhere the card access is not working. We are not able to enter our own room after paying a huge amount for the stay. The suffering and inconvinience caused is way more than the trip that we are here to enjoy only because of the stay that we chose.

Booked a double room with an extra bed, had to remind them the whole day about the extra bed (which was not for free), and despite letting them know we wanted to sleep, they ended up bringing the bed at 03h45 in the morning waking us. The bathroom had no bathroom mats even though it was cleaned every day. There are three people in the room, but only one cup for coffee is provided. It is the same with the room other travellers are booked into. Their warm water don't heat properly, and their fridge don't get cold! I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I have booked this hotel 3x. My last booking was very stressful due to Qamar's unprofessional and rudeness. 1. I've been waiting and standing in front of him for check-in for like approximately 5-10 minutes, and he didn't even bother to talk or greet me as a guest. A lady came in and he assisted the lady first while I have been waiting first and for a long amount of time (Don't get me wrong, the phrase "Lady's first" but I had three elders seniors, so I decided to address the issue with him After that, the whole process was unacceptable with him. 2. One of our guests forgot her passport/Emirates id, though we're showing him a picture copy of everything so we don't have to go back to Abu Dhabi. All he said was "unacceptable," nothing more, nothing less. He didn't even try to help us with the process. *Good thing, Mr. Saif was there and helped us with the process. Thank you, Mr. Saif, for his professionalism, highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Overall experience, the rest of the staff are very helpful, kind, and very professional except Qamar.

Rooms are ok for the price. Staff behavior was rude and not friendly. Someone should teach them how to behave with customers. Limited breakfast menu. Location is good and walkable distance to Al Rigga Metro station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
