What a fantastic location. 600m from the Colosseum. Great bars and restaurants very near. The staff were great Barbera is lovely. Great breakfast & plentiful. Highly recommend.

Beds had bugs in them, we had serious allergies after our stay there. The rooms were dirty I had blood on my bed, nothing worked not even the fridge. The old Lady in the kitchen were very unfriendly and was yelling at us. Do not recommend it. A very big NO. Never again.

When i stayed here there were bed bugs in my bed. my bed was a twin size and i was the only one sleeping in it. same day i left that place I got a bunch of bed bug bites all around my body. never coming back to that hotel again. if i can i would leave it a -5 stars.

Excellent location just over 200 meters from the Colosseum on foot. From the window you can see a pleasant glimpse of the imperial forums. The rooms are welcoming in a slightly retro style with walls adorned with satin wallpaper, bas-relief decorations and delicate frescoes. Cozy parquet floors and warm-toned wall lights. Abundant breakfast. Good room hygiene. Too bad we only spent one night there...

A perfect location for visiting Rome, very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. However, the rooms are very dated and not suitable for the squeamish: dirty carpet on the floor, stained cloth walls, bedspreads and blankets from the last century, bathtub with black mold stains.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
