One of the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been! Receptionist are great. The room was even more than expected. Toilet super clean and bed comfortable. Highly recommended! Also, the metro station is veeeery close so you are connected with the entire city. We spent 3 beautiful days 🧡

Very gross. The bathroom especially was covered in mold, everywhere you looked mold and grime. Bed looked clean until we lifted the sheet and saw hairs all over the mattress. Saw cockroaches. The walls are also paper thin so neighbors kept us up all night. We could practically have a conversation with the people in the next room, that's how thin the walls are. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere you won't feel grossed out while trying to fall asleep.

The rooms are small but I don't mind that as they are also clean. However the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor snore and I could tell he wasn't snoring that loud. The walls are practically non existent. Next time I'll pay a bit more for a better place. The worst thing is when you wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep because of someone snoring. Edit: trip ended. After 4 nights spent there, they didn't change the sheets once. I could tell as I stained the sheets the first day. Also, cleaning the room for them was barely throwing the duvet back on the bed. I'm saying throwing because they don't bother putting it back properly nor the cushions. I had left the TV remote on the bed one day and they just threw the duvet over the bed without moving the remote first...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
