The reviews never lie! The hotel is amazing. The staff are extra ordinary. Peaceful and quiet in the evening. Very goos location as well. I will give them 10/10. Breakfast was fantastic! The people who serves breakfast are polite and they smile to everyone. I love my room! Thank you very much. Will recommend this hotel to my friends. It’s all worth it.

Enjoyed my stay in this place.. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was awesome! And the A/C was really good. I believe they could do better with the rooms. Guests are not provided with room sandals, a toothbrush/toothpaste. You have to purchase your own! Otherwise, I totally recommend. I will be back here the next time I am in Brussels.

We took a twin room at Argus for a night. The room was just right for two people and had all the basic amenities. The staff were warm and helpful; were kind enough to recommend places for brunch (go to woodpecker). The location is the best part about this place - only 15 minutes from Brussels South via train. Very happy with my choice.

Excellent location, well connected with the tram and metro and central train station. Very central and walking distance to shopping, cafes and restaurants! Hotel staffs are very welcoming and friendly, patient and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous and of great service. Room itself was essential, clean and comfortable. There is also a free wifi. Overall, i had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend. Thanks !

Pros are that the hotel is well-located, nice hot shower, it was possible to reserve with little time in advance and they were nice with dealing with the payment when there were problems and when the hairdryer of the room didnt work they gave us another one. Cons are that the rooms are noisy (it's possible to hear the doors closing in the hallway and the alarm if a door is not well closed), elevator wasn't working for two days, the plugs weren't working in the bathroom, the cleaning service wasn't great one of the days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
