Location is spot on. We stayed from 8 Sept 2023 to 11 Sept 2023. Hotel is clean, staff very friendly. My gripes were that our room wasn't serviced for a day and we had to ask. A blow dryer could not be provided for as they couldn't find one. Eventually someone found one. The shower drain was blocked and the shower taps were faulty..

We stayed here on both ends of a tour of Provence. The front end was not so good. Old room, window wouldn’t close, bathroom in need of update, noisy. Back end much better. Updated room, new window and soundproofing, nice bathroom with rainfall shower. On both ends breakfast was very complete and tasty, quite nice really. Hotel location is good, a nice walk to the seaside. Hotels are pricey in Nice and I’d say with an updated room and a great breakfast this hotel justifies its 4 star rating and tariff.

Location was best feature. Hotel reception looks great, however the rooms do not meet same standard. We were assigned a disabled room despite not requiring/requesting this. The room was very dated & bathroom fitted out with facilities for disabled guests. Roof top experience was poor, both the service at lunch & process to receive a towel. Overall with a nicer room & better roof top area service, this would be a very good hotel.

A 4 star hotel? The place is miserable :( 1. The room needs a lot of maintenance 2. It is impossible to sleep properly as nothing is soundproof, especially as the floors are tiled, every time someone in any room around moves one of the heavy chairs, you will be able to listen to it clearly like if it is happening next to your bed. 3. The bathroom layout is extremely annoying as there is basically no space. In addition the shower throws water everywhere, including the door of the toilet that is clearly damaged after years of getting water dropped. Additional note: there is a window in the shower that faces the bed, that is something we have been looking lately as "design" in some hotels, the problem is that the window is fully transparent and whomever is in bed has a view of the person taking a shower... But also the person when using the toilet hahaha. 4. Breakfast: Avoid it, we only found dry bread, terrible scrambled eggs, sausages and more. 5. Staff: mostly nice and helpful. 6. Location: it is good, but certainly if you go out, come back and cannot sleep, it's a mood killer

Location is great and easily accessible from the central of Nice. The room is poorly prepared though. A friend got a room with broken air-conditioning. We got a room with blocked drainage of the bath tub, lots of dusts in the room, and a few broken lights in the bathroom. Need to think twice before booking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
