Most UNPROFESSIONAL hotel I have ever encountered. The neighbourhood is lovely, location is convenient. The hotel seems old and like there hasn't been maintenance in decades but the worst part is the service. The reception staff is uninformed (or unable to communicate properly) and they don't understand the concept of having a company, who is not the guest, paying for the room. Would definitely NOT recommend, specially if you like treating with competent people who care about you having a positive experience/stay.

Good price for a Parisian hotel in a good location. It's steps from the Metro and the Jardin du Luxembourg plus cafes, shopping, etc. The rooms are small but not unusually so for Paris and they were clean. Only drawbacks were our room had a blistered flaking ceiling with a patched hole in the wall that just seems like it could have been repaired better before they rented it. The smoke alarm (which is very sensitive) went off and the maid's cart (halls are microscopic) blocked the stairs (which aren't labeled) and the tiny elevator was busy so good thing it wasn't a fire? Also there's no lobby. They rent the lobby out for luggage storage so it's full of bags and cleaning supplies etc. Not a welcoming sight and kinda a bummer if you were hoping to hangout while waiting for a friend. Overall an okay place but I think we'll look for another in the area next time

The rooms are very FAR from what is posted int he website. The bathroom door is very noisy, the headboard is not permanently installed, the finishings touches are missing. Very very expensive for the quality of the room. Only the bed and it’s cleanliness is worth a star. NEEDS HEAVY RENOVATION.

Our stay over the weekend was very nice. Excellent Service, the receptionist was delightful and our room, even though small, was always clean and very neat overall. The location is great, the distance to the inner city could easly be overcome with the many e scooters around and the hotel has many nice restaurants and bars in close proximity. Overall it can be said that if we're ever in paris again this hotel is our first choice.

It would be nice to be able to contact the hotel. Several emails go unanswered and calling the hotel gets me nothing but classical music on the line with nobody answering the phone no matter how long I stay on the line. I've sent you an email this morning and my aunt has sent you several emails. Please provide a number where an actual human answers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
