Loved this hotel!!! Very cool bedhead designs. Rooms were clean, and bright, with our room on the street. The location is excellent! Very accessible to the metro, and 2 major train stations. Soooooo many food options! The staff at the hotel were wonderful! Helpful, friendly and just lovely. We also got a little pat of one of the lady's new puppy. So in love with that pup, especially when we were missing our own dog at home. The only minor thing was that the room was very compact for our family of 5, including tall teenagers. But we happily made do, as we had a tight budget, and this was good value for money. A solid 5/5. Would recommend. Would also happily return on our next trip! May need to leave the kids at home though! ;-) Thank you Hotel Aurore!!!

this is great for a cheap place by austerlitz/lyon stations. the place didn't bare much relation to any of the photos, but what do you expect for that price/location? the room was pretty small, but nicely put together - good quality taps and glasses, clean and well looked-after - way nicer than cheap places i've stayed in the US. the staff were also really nice and friendly, very relaxed and accommodating. the breakfast was great too - it seemed a bit cheaper to just pay at the front desk than to pay online (probably due to booking agent fees rather than the hotel).

Well located near Gare de Lyon and only 5 min away from the Metro. The rooms are small but very comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would go there again.

The staff was very friendly. They offer water from jugs on every floor. Plenty of amenities for such a tiny room. The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room or access to ice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
