The experience was amazing, we get upgraded to the deluxe room when we checked in. Although we have to switch to another room due to a water leaking issue but the process was quite fast and the staff was really friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Will definitely come back again.

We loved this hotel in the center of Cannes. Short walk to the beach and the restaurants in old town. Charlotte at the front desk was so lovely and helpful! We arrived early on our flight from New York and they accommodated early check in and even provided a room for us to change and shower before our room was ready so we could explore the town. Excellent customer service - 10/10 recommend!!

Beautiful hotel in a great location just by the boardwalk and central shopping area. The service is excellent from top to bottom and they have a shower amenity you can use after checkout which is great if you’re spending time on the beach like I did. The only slight negative is that you need to pay the same price for beach chairs as non guests which should be an amenity that is included.

Room was really good, all staff super nice and professional, location is Great 5 minutes walk to main square, 2 min to shopping and 2 min to the beach. They also have access to a beach club (gray madmoiselle) 3 minutes walk away where they have beach beds reserved for the hotel guests. We didn't realise this until we stumbled on it by chance, when elsewhere was full and we randomly found the place. But you can apparently book it via the hotel too. Breakfast was really good and cosy in their inner garden. Super happy with our stay here.

My family and I had a great stay at this amazing hotel with direct sea view. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed and spotlessly clean. I loved the infinite choice of delicious French breakfast options and service was impeccable too, highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
