I spent a ton of time looking for a hotel that met my needs/high standards, was near the park (I have only ever stayed in airbnb in Paris) and was relatively affordable, and I’m so happy to have found Bonsoir Madame. We loved our stay and will definitely return! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the slippers and robes provided were great, my room had a sweet little terrace that I loved sitting outside and relaxing on. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the young man that does the breakfast service was great and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious (the coffee is especially great), it was a perfect start to a busy day exploring Paris. There is a still & sparkling water dispenser available 24h a day and the honor bar was another great perk. I love this hotel, I have no complaints!!

Rooms are beautifully decorated with little touches that make the most of their size like a shelved closet and hanging closet, shelves for toiletries and a fairly large shower with an awesome shower. The location is quiet and I loved it because I felt close enough to the action but quiet enough that I could sleep and feel a little more like a local. I would definitely stay here again. Just be warned, if you bring a huge suitcase I'm not sure where you'd even put it.

Fantastic modern hotel! It was close to many walkable cafes, shopping centers, and right across the street from a few bakeries to get your morning baguettes. The room was small like every Parisian hotel in the city but everything was clean and modern. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast and common areas were also sleek and a great place to just hangout. The gym is tiny so don't expect to have a treadmill and weights but it did have a stationary bike and elliptical and yoga mats if you want to stretch. Overall, I'd come back here and I recommend it for others!

Well located boutique hotel beside the Luxembourg Gardens and near Metro lines. Room was small, cozy and comfortable. Thin walls where you can hear your neighbours but overall quiet. Area is residential and quiet at night. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at the hotel many times and is our go to hotel in Paris. It’s half a block to Luxembourg gardens, close to cafes and is remarkably quiet. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, recommend the club rooms if you like extra space and comfort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
