        This is absolutely by no means a 5 star hotel. We were thoroughly disappointed in our stay. We had the family suite which faced their “courtyard” which is all buildings and concrete. We were under the impression the rooms would be connecting but it’s 2 rooms in the corner of the hotel. We stayed 8 nights and had to ask daily to change our sheets and dirty towels! They would hang up dirty robes and towels that we placed on the floor! So disgusting. One day we returned to our room at 4:30 pm and the housekeeper was incredibly hostile and rude and told us to leave and she’s been busy cleaning 30 other rooms and to wait in the lobby & upon return our robes were gone and the room was half clean. Also one of our rooms smelled of sewage throughout the entire stay, it was horrific. The toilet malfunctioned and we called for a repair the guy that checks people in came up to fix it and made the smell worse. When you pay for a 5 star hotel there are certain standards, for example, someone to open the door when you enter the lobby, not once did they open the door & on occasion they would greet us. The concierge was very kind but useless. We asked for specific reservations and he could only make 1 and the 1 he made was at a restaurant known for Eiffel Tower views and he made the reservation downstairs instead of the terrace with a view so we didn’t even get to see the Eiffel Tower! The only staff that was kind and accommodating were the 2 gentlemen at the breakfast buffet. Would never ever stay here again.

        One of the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Professional staff. Everything was amazing. We told them that we are staying for honeymoon and they made celebration for us. Highly recommended and we will stay again in this hotel next time!

        Do not stay here, it's not a 5* hotel, they had the temperature set at 27 degrees in our room and after two calls for maintenance nobody came. We had a terrible night sleep as it was so hot, we then got told the next day that they set the temperature centrally which they then turned down to 23 degrees from a cupboard in reception, we had no turndown service despite requesting it meaning all our towels were wet from the spa, and housekeeping walked in early morning on the second day, waking us up again. When we asked to speak to a manager upon checkout we were told there was no one to speak to and we would get a call on Monday. We were offered a 'free breakfast' but could see it was stale and unappealing, really disappointed. We got no call and raised it with Mr & Mrs Smith, who said the hotel denied all knowledge of a complaint which was made to the front of house upon check out.

        Service was excellent! Shout out to Asma who was extremely polite and made our stay an amazing comfortable stay he was amazing! Service was excellent hotel was clean I highly recommend this hotel! Deserves the 5 stars!

        The Consierge, Guy, has made our stay so perfect! He is amazing and goes out of his way to make sure that you enjoy his city. Our 1st trip to Paris has been made more memorable because of his care and enthusiasm.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
