The hotel is just fabulous. We visited Bordeaux for a couple of days and every person we met was wonderful and professional specially the Brazilian guy, Rodrigo who made us feel like home. Unfortunately we couldn’t say goodbye to him and we missed his beautiful smile when we left the hotel. We will for sure be back again!

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it. The service we received was personal and very welcoming, omitting the occasionally a bit complicated attitude of a 5-star hotel. The hotel has a comfortable, stylish, and cosy atmosphere throughout. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return when we visit Bordeaux again.

First the staff. Absolutely lovely! Warm, friendly, inviting and welcoming. I wish I had asked their names because they were a real credit to your hotel and we want to thank them for making us feel like we were coming home. The hotel; Gorgeous! Beautifully appointed, stylish and comfortable (rather than cold and clinical). Madam B; again, great staff and very nice gin and tonics. Bedroom; comfortable with everything we needed. Bed was great as is the shower! Checkout; we had a very early checkout (3.15am!) but checkout was seamless and just as nice as our welcome. The receptionist even gave us two bottles of water to take on our trip. Nice touch! Location: perfect! Lively bars, restaurants just around the corner. Summary: We will definitely stay here again ❤

The hotel is spotless, has a large, comfortable and beautiful workspace, and a great bar and restaurant. Indira checked us in and showed us to our room, scheduled our taxi to the airport upon departure, and she was warm and friendly. Mathilde and Romain waited on us two nights in a row with excellent service and cocktails. The hotel is steps from the primary shopping area. Well worth The stay!

Fabulous Hotel, really accessible from the airport by the A line tram. We were met by Dylan at reception who gave an excellent first impression of the hospitality which didn't disappoint for the duration of the stay. Lovely air conditioned rooms. Heard no road noise on the upper floors. Really tasty breakfast with good choice. Only a short walk to Place de la Bourse & the river walks. Will have no hesitation in returning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
