For the money they are taking it could be better. The bathroom was a bit “dying” and obviously needed rebuilding, but there were very good and kind staff, which is a great advantage of this hotel. The room was okay as well, good bed and a pretty clean in general.

Rooms and beds were comfortable, front desk staff very friendly always willing to answer any questions we had. Breakfast was good. The location is excellent. Will stay again on my next trip next year.

A gem of a find in Madrid. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a very short walk to Plaza de Español and Gran Via, in a few short minutes you're at the metro station with access to all of Madrid. The room was comfortable clean and the beds gave a great night's sleep. Due to an unforeseen urgent matter we were politely asked to move rooms and were upgraded to a superior room, at no additional cost, this room was just as comfortable and very spacious. Every member of staff we came across, including the manager, was exceptionally friendly and helpful and we will definitely stay here again if were ever back in Madrid. Muchos Gracias!

So, I stumble upon this gem on booking.com, right? Drop €550 for 3 nights – not bad, considering it comes with breakfast. Now, the staff, oh, they were friendlier than a matador in a piñata shop. They hand me a map like it's a treasure map to El Dorado – points of interest, hotel spot circled, the whole shebang. Room's decent, though the cushions are more lumpy than a flamenco dancer's hips. Cleanliness? Spot on. Here's where it gets spicy – our neighbors turn the volume up, and suddenly our ceiling's doing the Macarena. I mean, I've heard of a lively hotel, but this is next-level. Paint peeling in the bathroom – minor hiccup. I'm cool with a rustic vibe. Now, breakfast – it's a smorgasbord, my friend. Meats, fruits, eggs – it's a breakfast bullfight. Plus, free drinkable water by the reception. Location's the real MVP. Walking distance to the city center, and when you're jet-setting from Madrid airport, metro's your amigo to this hotel fiesta. Tourists, listen up – this place gets my stamp of approval.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
