        We were a family group of 5, including a child aged 7. We had 3 rooms and from the moment I sent an enquiry through, the service was nothing short of excellent. Upon arrival, we were greeted cordially and by name and the staff could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too difficult nor inconvenient and we always felt like valued friends and respected guests. I was partiularly pleased that they treated my grandson with respect, however he is very well behaved. The rooms were delightful, breakfast was superb (they even serve it to 2.30pm in the afternoon - how civilised!), and the decor is quintessentially Parisian and very tasteful. The bar was quiet and intimate and the perfect place to watch the world go by. Located in the 'Golden Triangle' of Paris, this hotel is within walking distance to everything or a moment's wait if you want a taxi. When we left, it was with great sadness, but we shall return. I have been used to the best all my life and this hotel didn't disappoint. It helps if you make an effort to speak French, which we did, however all the staff are fluent in English, but appreciated our efforts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

        It is a nice hotel, located in a very good spot close to all the attractions. I have reservation on the staff. They are very rude at the reception and not cooperative. We had a special request that was easy to accomodate but the receptionist "Mara" treated us very badly and did not want to speak to us. The rooms are clean, but the room service is very bad. Try not to ask them for anything, otherwise they make a big deal about asking for the smallest things.

        Amazing family friendly hotel at the best location in Paris, walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. The room was really big and spacious with all of the amenities you would need. The staff in particular were so helpful. Our baby happened to be sick and the staff allowed us to check out late. In particular, Tibault the doorman was very kind to us and to our situation with our baby. He has excelled people skills and he made us feel safe and secure.

        It is the place to be…. PERFECT location with all at your fingertips. Beautiful, quality hotel staff, connect with the staff to assure what you see, IS what you get ! We were impressed in total. Restaurant’s surrounding Frontenac were superior as well as shopping. I highly recommend Chateau Frontenac.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
