Friendly staff, even though it didn’t feel very safe to leave the room key every time we left the hotel to later only tell them the number when we got back. Only one of the staff wanted to confirm the number with our name. The price meets the standards. The rooms are kind of weird and don’t have either AC or a fan so we had to leave the window open during night – which meant much noise. Some rooms didn’t even have a window. Overall it was clean. Extremely easy to get to the city. If you can’t afford a better hotel this is okay, but I’d prefer a nicer one next time.

Eric, the owner and manager, was great. He was friendly and did his best at providing recommendations. I agree that there could be upgrades made to the hotel; however, it was a safe and nice location in terms of getting around Paris.

Nice and clean hotel, with a very cool and peaceful environment. Very close to the subway. The staff was very nice and kind, the atmosphere is really relaxing, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast at 16 euro is excessive for what it is so we did not take it. I do strongly recommend this hotel if you are ok being a bit away but still within 20 minute subway ride to all attractions.

Not a bad spot but some issues. The man who checked us in was very polite and obliged to speak what English he professed to know, in the spirit of checking in and explaining the hotel rules. The room had a decent separate bathroom that had enough room for someone to use the shower and toilet. The room itself was clean. Unfortunately the road outside provides an endless carousel of sound well into the morning; emergency vehicles, the metro, and drunk/loud people all night long. The kicker was the heat. There was no wind coming into the fully opened window and no fan to mice the air, and of course no AC, we had a terrible night sleep sweating all night on top of the covers.

The good: Location is easy to reach, metro is just outdoor, so no troubles getting there. The room service was also doing good, made the bed and changed towels once a day. All was pretty clean. Also every one of the personal was really nice and kind. The bad: The hotel is very old. Not just the outside, but everything inside too. The elevator is probably from 1920 and has a sign that says: "Don't move while inside"... The paint is coming from the walls, some parts are rusty and everything is just like 60 years old and never touched since then. The place should have been renovated 20 years ago, but for reasons I don't understand wasn't. The windows do not provide any protection from noise of the street or the metro station just outside - if you want to sleep, you have to get earplugs because the street is so loud at night. With earplugs I could sleep the 2nd night.. but here's the thing: they don't protect you from your noisy neighbours. We had some people in the next room that were talking - we could easily understand each word they were saying (at 7.30am) - even with earplugs. The room walls are paper-thin. In the end we checked out that same day even if we had booked another night... The breakfast was OK - baguette and croissant with little bit of jam and a very thin coffee.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
