I had a mixed experience in the property. It is in a very nice area of Paris and super safe feeling. The desk is maned 24 hrs a day which is great. The property is nicely styled and overall looked really clean. I found it a great spot for easily getting to food and safely return at night. However, there were some areas I think it could improve for a 4 star hotel. I did see some bugs scuttle across the shower on two different occasions. And the hallway is completely not soundproofed to the rooms (Although the hotel is otherwise quiet). So if a guest comes back late, loudly you will hear everything for a few floors. And despite the room blocking out other light sources, a lot of light comes in around the main door to the room at night. Which was distracting while sleeping. The mattresses were also SO HARD. I am a side sleeper and tossed and turned in discomfort each night here. Overall I had a good experience in the property for everything besides sleeping well. I would say the price for Paris does reflect it's maybe closer to a high 3 star than 4 star property.

Noisy. Some kind of music studio next door during the day offering piano and saxophone lessons which you get to listen to. The stairs and elevator can be heard very clearly from all 4 rooms my group stayed in. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good, and the staff is very kind.

The phrase "you get what you pay for" certainly doesn't fit our amazing experience with Hotel de l'Esperance. The value was phenomenal! Of course the rooms are a bit small (it's Paris!), but when you're in this city, you want to spend your time exploring and enjoying the sights. What you want is a clean and comfortable place to relax after a long day of walking. And this is exactly what you'll get. The entire front of house staff was welcoming and pleasant, and every employee we passed in the hallways gave us a smile and a "Bonjour" every single time. This was my ninth visit to Paris and I always try to stay in a different Arrondissment, just to get a different feel. With my experience at Hotel de l"Esperance, I might have just found my place to return to. Merci Bien!!

The Hôtel de l'Espérance a four star hotel, is exceptional, conveniently located in the Latin Quarter that has been totally refreshed. An outstanding hotel staff provides excellent service. The front desk and concierge services are top-notch, we especially appreciated that Amanda made certain that our stay was pleasant and hassle free. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
