Not a very nice male receptionist. Made insensitive reactions to me trying to communicate with Them. He was not only rude. He was also trying to steal more money for our one night stay there. He tried to convince me that I hadn’t paid. Someone tried to break into our room during the night, but gave up when he heard we were awake. It was terrible horrifying experience. Not a very clean place. Not a very quiet place (We lived next to a room being fixed, … I have never heard so much noise on one night. It was like taken out of a bad horrormovie, some of it. The doors and the yelling…Please don’t support this hotel. Hotels where you’re this exposed a tourist should be illegal in Europe.

the hotel is tin in general, the room is about 8mkv, the window rests against the wall, the doors cannot be opened, they stick, all the walls are moldy, the walls can be said no, the audibility is tin, on booking 3.8 rating is not in vain, the repair was 20 years ago)))

This is a great place if you do not like to feel safe at night! The unfriendly staff is happy to help you out if you want to spend a lot of money to sleep in a disgusting room. You get the rustic Paris experience, because the beds feel like you are sleeping on the street. The cigarette burns on the nightstands and bedsheets are a nice touch and will make you feel like you're at home.The cockroaches will make sure you don't have to feel alone at night. The lack of a bathroom door makes sure there is a nice moist atmosphere so the fungus can grow freely, making sure to maintain a diverse ecosystem. Overal it was a true experience. 5/5 would recommend.

Cockroaches and cigarette burns all over the place. Beds are very dirty, i didn't even dare to sleep under the blankets and kept my clothes on, because i was scared to get some awfull diseases. Walls are rotting away. Very unpleasant and unkind staff. Unsafe atmosphere. I would rather sleep outside with the homeless than paying so much for this terrible quality. This kind of hotel does not deserve to be in a place like Paris and in a developed country.

TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIVEL !!!! Worst hotel I've been in my life !!!!! Dirty, old, everything is broken !! The bathroom door does not close. In the bathroom of the room there is no toilet. You have to share only one with the entire floor. The curtains are dirty and with cigarette marks. There is cigar smell throughout the hotel. The guests and staff do not respect the schedule. Even after midnight, they are talking loudly and making a lot of noise. I found a bug in my bed !!!!! The heater does not work. The TV does not work. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL EVER !!!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
