Very cute little boutique hotel in a great area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and pretty decor. It has a lot of French staples in the area cafes, restaurants, patisseries, chocolate shops, and cheese shops. The lobby is small but mighty- better stocked than many bigger lobbies and so pretty! It has great qualities tea and often has macaroons. There is coffee too but I didn’t try it. There is a breakfast 7:30-10:30 with boiled eggs cheese, cereal and additional drinks to order. After you can go to a nearby produce shop with great fruit- one shop will rinse the fruit for you so you can eat it right away! After you get out of the elevator, there may be a few stair steps but the staff always offered to carry suitcases for us when we arrived and left- in part because the door of the ground floor elevator currently needs repairs. Some places in Paris have no elevator- especially apartments. I think someone is at reception 24/7. Maybe if you run out of hand soap, leave a note to refill.

Very cosy with a beautiful atmosphere. Public transport is easily accessible and there is a plethora of cafes and restaurants nearby to feed you at all hours of the day and night. The room was clean and the bathroom was easy to use.

My parents and I stayed here in June for a few days. This is the most welcoming hotel I've ever lived at in Paris. The staff is fabulous. Special mention to Celia and Hadjar ( i hope I've spelt her name right) who helped us with loads of great recommendations, and the rest of the staff Philippe, Chloe, Sidi, Sylvet -- every one of them made our stay fabulous. The rooms are Parisian sized - so don't expect sprawling spaces, but they are absolutely adequate and comfortable with the required amenities. Housekeeping is efficient - the rooms were clean. The breakfast was good and the hi-tea macaroons and coffee were delightful. The location is great -- close enough to be central but not too loud. The team also held our luggage post check out till it was time for us to leave for the airport. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. European hotels usually fall significantly short in hospitality, given we are used to Asian Hospitality. Hotel De Neuve - Happy Culture was a delightful outlier. So much so that my parents have insisted and followed up that I leave a review. The only reason that I'm posting this months later is because I had lost the chit on which I had noted the names of the team. I've found it today :)

Hotel is on a great location. Friendly staff. Wish we’ve know repairs were underway in our balcony room. Other than that, very clean and nice place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
